On the WR250R (and WR250X) the stock front turn signals also operate as running lights. Along with the headlight, they help drivers see you as you approach them. When installing aftermarket LED flashers/turn signals, you will lose the running lights. To fix that, you need to wire a 12oclock Labs Running Light Adapter between the factory wiring and the LED flasher wiring. This will make your new LED front flashers work as running lights (and they will still flash as turn signals). I think doing this is important from a safety standpoint since the running lights will help drivers see you as you approach them, especially if you ride at night.
Wiring Info:
The following photos will help you wire the 12oclocklabs Running Light Adapter in between the factory wiring and your new LED flasher wires. We've installed DRC Type 601 Flashers on our WR250X and Zeta XC Flasher Protectors on our WR250R, each using a 12oclocklabs Running Light Adapter, and this is how we did the wiring...

Hey,
concerning the running light adapters. I only see two wires going to the bike side of the harness not three. I have a 2010 model, where do you suppose the third connection goes?
