This past weekend I did a short day trip using some new Wolfman luggage I recently picked up. Here's the setup I used...
• Wolfman Enduro Tank Bag
• Wolfman Mini Beta Plus Rear Bag
• Wolfman Peak Tail Bag
Everything worked great. I really like the Wolfman Mini Beta Plus bag on the WR250R. It fits very securely on the back of the seat and works great with the Peak Tail bag and Enduro tank bag. To mount the Mini Beta Plus bag I had to put my passenger footpegs back on since they are the perfect mounting spot for the bags front mounting straps. The rear straps wrap around my Pro Moto Billet Cargo Rack.
For my next trip I am going to try and move the Mini Beta Plus and Peak Tail bag back an inch or two. I seemed to have them too far forward and it would have made standing up while riding pretty difficult. I think if I moved them back a few inches it would be perfect.
The Mini Beta Plus bag holds quite a bit of stuff. It's not waterproof, but I keep my clothes inside it in dry bags just in case I encounter wet weather. In the Enduro tank bag I kept my wallet, camera, cell phone, and other things that I need quick access too. In the Peak Tail bag I carry mostly tools and stuff like that. This setup seemed to work out pretty well, and if I need to carry more things I could easily attach a Wolfman Enduro Duffle bag to the top of the Mini Beta Plus bag.
Next I'm going to try Wolfman's Enduro Duffle along with their E-10 Enduro Saddlebags to see how that compares. More on that over the next couple weeks...
